Stun guns are not half as effective as firearms in terms of self defense. A stun gun has to be used in very close vicinity to an attacker and it will only temporarily incapacitate a criminal. However, many make use of stun guns because their right to bear arms under the Second Amendment is constantly under attack.

H.R. 257, the Child Gun Safety and Gun Access Prevention Act of 2009 is exemplary in the way in which government officials will use the most manipulative lies to trample our rights.

This proposed bill very calculatingly uses children as the basis for enforcing stricter gun control. If passed, it will ensure that it is extremely difficult for parents to own a gun that is kept on the same premises as a child, in a loaded or unloaded state. In other words, it effectively rules out the possibility of parents legally keeping a gun for self defense.

If stun guns can be banned in several states, there is no questioning the fact that they can be banned nationwide. What's next? A knife ban? It is in fact a possibility. In Britain, where all gun rights were taken away from the people, knives are now the weapons that government aims to control.

Great nations of the world, countries such as Britain and Australia, are already at the mercy of senseless weapon bans. America is next on the cards as the global elite aim to consolidate power and usher in the New World Order, a one world government under police state control.

If stun gun self defense is classified as a crime in several American states, it will only be a matter of time before we are subjected to the greatest and most comprehensive weapons ban our country has ever seen.
