ACORN appears to have played a large part in voter registration and financing.

Many industries contributed millions of dollars to both the Democrats and Republican, mostly leaning toward the Democrats.

The industries contributing heavily include lawyers and lawn firms, real estate, banking and investments, health professionals, education, the retired, and entertainment.

The USA appears to have been backed into a corner by the powerful and wealthy.

The Federal government is stepping in and running the corporations after the CEO's have drained them of cash.

The USA may have headed down the road of socialism due to the corruption of the capitalists.

Interestingly, the reason for the dramatic change in leadership probably was the corruption of the elite and powerful over the last 8 years.

The very event of the corrupt manipulations of the wealthy to become wealthier, could have put themselves at risk for the government takeover of their assets in the form of socialism.

During the presidential campaign of 2008, obligations were made to a far reaching and diverse crowd of donors, by both parties.

The election suggested a wish by the electorate for a change of direction for the USA.

Unfortunately, the same behind-the-scenes players are still in place.

Also, capitalism and socialism are simply two sides to the same coin.

Probably more than the labeling of the extremes as the problem, it is the extreme itself that has caused many problems.
