The Philadelphia secret society, known as the Boule', has worked to maintain the status quo by keeping black people oppressed and white people in charge of their fates.

This secret society is made up by the elite black community, and in order to remain part of the elite, they remain a step below the white people, and they do not do anything to challenge the order.

They believe that giving into the demands of the white people is the only way to maintain their own personal power, and because of that, the Boule' is a sellout to their race and they have done a great deal to hurt black people.

White people have realized if they can keep black people down, they will never have to share their elite status. They found that by giving the Boule' a piece of the power, they were able to keep them oppressed but have them feel powerful.

The fact that the Boule' bought into this and agreed is pathetic. They should never have sold their own lives out, as well as the lives of others in their race, in order to be second class citizens. They made an agreement to serve under the white people, and they made that agreement for everyone.

The civil rights movement was not encouraged by the Philadelphia secret society, and the fact that the leader of the civil rights movement was assassinated should come as no surprise. They did not want the blacks to work to rise up because of their deal with the whites.
