WHAT IS A TOTALITARIAN POLICE STATE? A TOTALITARIAN POLICE STATE IS ONE OF ABSOLUTE RULE

A Totalitarian Police State Is One Of Absolute Rule.

A totalitarian police state exists when the lives of the people are completely immersed in regulation by the civil authority to a degree where public opinion and action are shaped by government propaganda and enforced through military means, where all corporate power rests in the hands of the government and controls the lives of all.

Since 9/11 the US government has been using ‘terror tactics’ to institute restrictions on many foreign and domestic activities and to highly police others; really, even before that in the media but it was just not so openly referred to as ‘terror tactics.’

There have actually been several political wars that have fueled major government controls and regulation or deregulation/privatization, namely the ‘war on drugs,’ the ‘war on poverty,’ and Bush’s ‘war on terrorism.’

These political wars cost just as much, if not more, than the military wars being fought for much the same purpose, to ensure political and governmental control of worldwide natural resources and industry by private US and British corporations.

These days the spectrum of power has broadened to include other political and financial forces like the United Arab Emirates, Japan, China, and Russia, resulting in a less predictable market, as you have a greater number of financially powerful forces directing world economic paths than before.

The balance of power was easier to determine and maintain when Britain and the United States were the two main political, financial, and military powers in contention, rather than having to operate in an environment where several political and financial powers are struggling to agree.

Petroleum exploration, extraction, production, refining, manufacturing, and transportation covers an enormous economic territory over which a handful of very powerful corporate entities loom.

Also minerals mining, refining, production, and transportation provides tremendous corporate profit opportunity to further the capitalistic worldwide trade agenda and secure control of future profits, being some of the first to arrive on the privatization scene when a country is trying to develop economically.

CORPORATE INTEREST IN GOVERNMENT COOPERATION AND A TOTALITARIAN POLICE STATE

Corporate privatization provides some benefits to a country’s economic health in that private investment funds allow for industrialization and modernization efforts to take place or continue in order to try and create stability in the country’s economic health and improve the status quo.

It is really an all encompassing corporate effort that includes basic energy and water services which support the national quality of life, mining, and industry, transportation, communications, and manufacturing.

However, problems exist whenever you allow a corporation to come into a country and hire its own private military police force to protect corporate interests, and you have high ranking officials of both countries and corporate governments meeting in secret to establish business contracts, then you have a corporate government cooperative that involves military force.

It is very much an example of a totalitarian police state when private corporate interest and funding is driving government decision and action to the point where private security forces are maintaining corporate security, exercising powers of government to quell opposition, often times resulting in increasing poverty in the region affected.

There are always people with lots of money lurking in the background when it comes time to make decisions, and the weight of their money holds quite a bit of clout in political circles when it comes to government favor and alliances in business and commerce.

Actually, when you get right down to it, government is the national level of business decision making, relating to commerce, that affects the lives and futures of all the national inhabitants in every way, and also has a profound effect on world economics through appropriation of funds and how funding is provided.

A TOTALITARIAN POLICE STATE IS ON ITS WAY.

It seems that throughout history there has not been one structure of government that has not eventually become somewhat of a totalitarian police state and eventually ended up failing or being challenged, as people will always want and need certain freedoms in life and they will fight to have those.

Also, it seems, government becomes a private tool for a select group of individuals to reign power over a nation by means of government law, military force, terror tactics, and fear, and it is usually linked to some private goal of corporate profit in the end.

This force will always remain the same, no matter the political terminology used to identify it; it is a force dominated by a drive to generate monetary profit at all cost, and that will always be the case as long as money is the bottom line driving force of human society.
