A Certain Justice is Required in Our Country; U.S. Paradigm of Fairness is Broken and Drastic Measures are Required.

A certain justice must be applied once again in the United States, if the American people are to regain their dignity and the economy is to be returned to citizens of the United States.

For the past 100 years or so, there has been a gradual decline in the constitutional integrity of the legislation being passed by congress and signed into law by the president.

The first tremendous slide into unconstitutional legislation came in 1913 when a financial panic, the details of which have now faded into history, prevailed in the United States. In a fit of desperation and fear, President Woodrow Wilson was duped into signing the Federal Reserve Act into law, and since then a privately and secretly run Federal Reserve System has controlled American affairs.

First, the Act had to be passed by Congress. The so-called Money Trust, a cartel of U.S. and European bankers, were aided and abetted by Senator Nelson Aldrich, (R-RI) the chairman of the National Monetary Commission, who was related to the Rockefeller family by marriage.

At a highly secret meeting on Jekyll Island, Georgia, the Federal Reserve System was dreamed up, which would give America a privately owned and run banking system and currency. Of course, there were critics of the Money Trust and of the proposed Federal Reserve System.

Aldrich sneaked the legislation through Congress on December 23, when most congressmen had already gone home for the holidays. To Woodrow Wilson's credit, he forever regretted signing the Federal Reserve Act into law. He knew a certain justice would ultimately be exacted for doing this, and he stated openly that he had destroyed his country.

With the passage of the Federal Reserve Act, the United States of America had taken a fateful step -- a step away from demanding that the constitution underpins each and every law.

HANDING OVER AMERICA

By handing the sole right to coin money to the privately owned Federal Reserve bank, the United States had undermined an important part of the constitution, which clearly states that only the American people, via Congress, may coin currency.

A certain justice prevailed for a long time following the creation of the Federal Reserve as the country was plunged into two world wars and then the reconstruction of the country.

It was in the late 1970's and early 80's, when the power of the financiers who own the Fed had grown to such an extent they controlled the supreme court, the congress and the presidency, that a giant leap forward took place in unconstitutional behavior.

It was deemed aright from the era of Richard Nixon and subsequently for a certain justice to prevail where laws were drawn up in accordance with what the financial powers wanted, and not according to the U.S. Constitution.

The situation by the end of the second Bush administration was that the constitution had been all but relegated to the garbage can.

JUSTICES DISAPPOINT

If the American people were hoping for a certain justice to prevail from the nine-member Supreme Court, they were disappointed.

Far from upholding the U.S. Constitution, for many decades prior to the end of the 20th century, several justices willfully ignored the constitution and actually invoked foreign law in some rulings.

In the few cases where they have found legislation to be unconstitutional, the legislation has remained on the statute books and been enforced anyway, with a small note at the end of the wording noting that the legislation may be unconstitutional and may be bad law.

Surely, that is not what the founders meant when they said the supreme court should uphold the constitution.

THE PLOTTERS' PLAN

There is a group of super-powerful people, with the financiers mentioned above spearheading this elite group, who want to see the U.S. Constitution not only undermined but actually scrapped altogether.

We know this because they say so in the mainstream press, which they use as a propaganda mouthpiece for their New World Order agenda.

Other plans they have for the American people include the dissolution of America as a nation state, replacing the United States, Mexico, and Canada with a political and economic region called the North American Union.

Once the world has been carved up into five such regions (the European Union is one) it will be a short step to One World government with One World Currency and an international justice system.

The decisions and rulings made by the supreme court increasingly reflect this New World Order approach.

RESTORE THE CONSTITUTION

Only if the American people themselves take a stand and reject unconstitutional laws and rulings, will the dignity of the American people and the constitution as framed by the founding fathers be restored.

The constitution is not old fashioned. The reason the super-rich powers who would dominate the whole word disapprove of the constitution so much is that it has safeguards against untrammeled power and human greed.

That is why it must be restored to its rightful place in American life, otherwise the United States will be dissolved and the American people will have lost their birthright to liberty and justice.
